Organisations to help you find the perfect job
Various organisations in the Charleroi Metropolitan Area provide a wide range of resources and services as well as personalised support to help anyone find the right job.
The number one agency being the Forem, the Walloon Office for Vocational Training and Employment, which is responsible for helping job seekers find employment, in amongst other things by providing vocational training. The agency offers personalised support, training courses, coaching and job offers.
The temporary work agencies are constantly on the lookout for profiles that match the needs of the companies that call on their services. The agencies themselves may be generalists or specialise in a particular sector. In all cases, they offer a wide range of jobs for temporary workers who have the skills needed to meet the requirements of the companies concerned. Moreover, some agencies also act as recruitment agencies to find the ideal candidate for a particular job.
