Charleroi Metropolitan Area is keen to reaffirm its identity and bring together all of its municipalities so as to pursue and reinforce a widely-supported project which responds to future challenges.
Improving services and mobility, developing and promoting healthy and sustainable ways of eating, developing the range of training opportunities, highlighting the full range of tourism and cultural offerings, bolstering the development of enterprise, creating jobs locally…: the Charleroi Metropolitan Area aims to improve the daily lives of each and every inhabitant by pooling resources, competences and mutual strengths. Some challenges can only be overcome at supra-local level.
